Returns And Refunds Policy

ZAROKOR aims to provide customers with a reliable and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or discounted products

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons once opened

3. Return Requests

To request a return, customers should contact info@zarokor.com with their order details and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If customers receive a damaged or incorrect product, they should notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
